The Chairman drew our attention to this meeting being the conclusion of two [three!] years' existence; [...]

Bro. Evans moved, seconded by Bro. Mitchell, that the name of this body be changed to The Toronto Society for Masonic Research and that the Officers be a President, a Vice-President, and a Secretary-Treasurer, with Bros. Nixon and Haydon holding the first and last offices, respectively. Carried.

Bro. Swinscoe nominated Wor. Bro. Dr. Evans as Vice-President, Bro. Munroe seconded, and he was declared elected nem. con.
